أعلن مكتب رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو -مساء اليوم السبت- أنه "جرى تعيين إيال زامير رئيساً لهيئة أركان الجيش الإسرائيلي، خلفاً لهرتسي هاليفي الذي استقال يوم 21 كانون الثاني الماضي على خلفية الفشل في السابع من أكتوبر 2023".
